Novi's government is clean, transparent, and efficient. We must ensure that residents continue to have confidence that their hard-earned tax dollars are spent responsibly and wisely. Novi has one of the lowest tax rates in Oakland County, thanks to its professionally run government.
Protected Green Spaces
One of Mayor Gatt's most impressive accomplishments is his balance of development with the preservation of green spaces. Novi enjoys a stable tax base and numerous parks for activities and family enjoyment. We must strive to continue this sensible balance.
Investments in Senior Programs
Novi is Michigan's premier community for seniors enjoying their golden years. We must continue to invest in senior programs and transportation to reflect the importance of seniors and their contributions to our community.
Recreational & Learning Opportunities
Novi must continue to offer opportunities for residents to participate in community life, sports, city activities, and lifelong learning at little or no cost. This enhances the city's livability, quality of life, and social interactions among neighbors. We can do more by exploring partnerships with area schools to share resources to bring new recreational and vocational programs to our city.
